Red Marbles
Sunday, July 27th, 2008I was at the corner grocery store buying some early potatoes.
I noticed a small boy, delicate of bone and feature, ragged but clean,
hungrily apprizing a basket of freshly picked green peas.
I paid for my potatoes, but was also drawn to the display of fresh green
peas.
I am a pushover for creamed peas and new potatoes. Pondering [...]
Steamboat Campground
Sunday, July 27th, 2008Open year round, the Steamboat Springs Campground is THE place to stay if you’re RVing. They are the only full-service campground just outside of Steamboat Springs. They also have camp sites available across the Yampa River. The campground is located at 3603 Lincoln Avenue in Steamboat.
