Ten grandchildren, plus one…
By PK | September 15, 2008
For everyone who’s read the About Me section of Blogging Us, you already know I have 10 grandchildren.
This is what life’s all about….
Meet the grandkids and grandbabies,
#1 - Hannah
#2 and #3 - Twins, Dustin and Justin
#4 - Zachary
#5 - Micayla
#6 - Allyson
#7 and #8 - Twins, Magan and Macie
#9 - Our Miracle Baby - Matalin (Mattie)
#10 - Ava
Plus ONE…(yet to be born)
#11 - Chloe
This is called a 3-D ultrasound, something they didn’t have in my day, a sneak preview. They’ve been able to tell you the sex of the child before it’s born for a decade or so, and now they can show you what the baby looks like. Unbelievable! We all can’t wait for her appearance in 9 more weeks!!!! I’ll have her saying, “Mimi” long before she’s out of diapers!
I have been truly blessed!!!!

Oh how beautiful these kids are!!! You need to specify how many into each family. Hopefully the 2 sets of twins aren’t in the same household! That’d be a ton of work for ol’ Mom and Dad!
You have to be soooo proud! They ARE gorgeous!

My oldest son, Mike, must have been bored, that’s the best way to explain it. He fathered both sets of twins plus four others. It would be easier to state which ones weren’t his…LOL My twins, the oldest, Ron, fathered Allyson (named after his twin brother) plus Chloe due in November. My youngest twin son, Allen, being in the Army and having been stationed overseas, just has one, Ava. They are the joy of my life and I truly love hearing the chorus of “Mimi” when I get to see them or talk to them on the phone. I have partially raised quite a few of them when times got hard for my oldest son. He does have his hands full. Mike plans on moving out here next year, hooray!!! Micayla, Magan, and Macie stayed with me for four months when Mattie was born. I call them the M & Ms. The twin girls weren’t but a year old then, and called me Momma. I kept telling them Mimi…they’d laugh thinking it was a game. When they were reunited with their Momma (their parents were in Pa, I lived in Tn then), they realized then. That’s when they finally called me Mimi. I cried!
